AI 泡沫剛剛破裂;老實説,這是科技業最好的事
The AI bubble just burst. And honestly? It’s the best thing that could have happened to tech.
The AI bubble just burst. And honestly? It’s the best thing that could have happened to tech.
For the last two years, the AI market operated on pure mania. Startups with no revenue managed to secure millions simply by adding "AI" to their pitch decks. Major tech companies invested hundreds of billions in GPUs, often lacking a clear strategy for monetization, while apps with minimal functionality were valued as if they were foundational software companies.
Now, the correction is here. Valuations are getting slashed, experimental AI budgets are freezing, and investors are asking one brutal question: "Where is the actual profit?"
Panic is setting in across the industry. People are calling it the death of the AI boom.
To understand what actually happens next, look at the chart below from the 2000
Dot-Com Bubble:
The 1998–2000 Mania: The Nasdaq surged from 1,500 to over 5,000 solely on the novelty of the internet and the promise of a new digital economy.
The 2000–2002 Reckoning: The bubble burst, dragging the index back down toward 1,000 when the market realized most ".com" companies had high valuations but zero profits or viable business models.
Does that second point sound familiar? It is the exact wall the AI industry just hit.
When the Dot-Com bubble popped, cynics said the internet was a fad. Instead, the crash cleared out the noise. It killed the fake startups and left the infrastructure behind for Amazon, Google, and modern cloud computing to take over the world.
The AI bubble bursting isn't the end of AI. It is the end of AI hype.
Here is what survives this crash:
Real unit economics: Products that actually save enterprises money or generate measurable revenue—not just cool demos.
Deep workflow integration: AI built quietly into existing software, databases, and boring business operations rather than standalone chat interfaces.
Proprietary data moats: Companies solving hard, industry-specific problems that a generic model update can't wipe out overnight.
The tourists and speculators are leaving the building. Now, the real builders finally have room to work.
