Most "digital product" stacks rent you everything: the storefront, the delivery, the customer relationship. The Grand Bazaar (thefortthatholds.xyz) was built the other way — sovereignty first:
- Storefront: a single Cloudflare Worker that keeps its own site (an Agents-SDK site with a Durable Object custodian). No platform storefront, no percentage landlord.

Checkout: plain Stripe payment links. The trick is in the metadata: each link carries a product code (
accessID), mirrored into the payment intent. - Delivery: a Stripe webhook lands on a second Worker, which verifies the signature, writes the buyer's Customer Access Record to KV, and emails a magic link (Resend) to a personal vault — a portal where everything the buyer owns lives, with per-product quotas. Files stream from R2; some products deliver as private GitHub repo grants instead of files.
- The products are "Selfware seeds": the code behind several of them is free and MIT-licensed on GitHub (Fortmail, Beta Reader, Fort Kitchen). The paid seed is a single readable file — the route — that you hand to your own AI agent to set the system up on your accounts. Software is dead; sell the seeds, give away the garden.
The whole chain — storefront, webhook, vault — is live. It has customers in it. What it has never had is traffic: it was built, stocked, and never announced. This post is the announcement.
