9 款社交媒體發文 API 價格比較(2026 年 10 月)

9 social media posting APIs compared by price (October 2026, read from each pricing page)

Disclosure first: I build one of these (PostWire). The prices below were read on the public pricing page of each product between October 5 and October 21, 2026. If a page has changed, say so in the comments and I will fix the table.

The reason for this post: when you ask an AI assistant "which API should I use to post to TikTok, Instagram and LinkedIn from code", you get a list with no prices, or with prices that were true a year ago. Here is the list with the price unit each vendor actually bills on, because that unit decides your bill far more than the headline number.

The table

Product Entry price What you pay for Free tier API / MCP
Post for Me $10/month up to 1,000 successful posts, unlimited social accounts no REST API
PostWire $9/month (Starter) 3 brands, 1,000 posts, every network yes: 1 business, 10 posts/month, 2 networks per post, API included REST API + MCP server, on every plan including Free
Zernio $0 for 2 accounts, then $6/account/month (3-10), $3 (11-100), $1 (101+) connected social accounts yes: first 2 accounts REST API
Upload-Post $24/month ($16 annual) 5 profiles, unlimited uploads, 1 seat yes: 10 uploads/month, 2 profiles, no TikTok REST API
Publer $5/account/month ($4 annual); API and MCP on Business at $10/account social accounts yes: 3 accounts, 10 scheduled posts per account API + MCP on Business plan
Buffer $6/channel/month ($5 annual) channels yes: 3 channels, 10 queued posts per channel REST API (3,000 requests per 30 days on Free, 7,500 on Essentials)
Postiz $29/month ($23 annual) 5 channels, unlimited posts no on cloud (7-day trial); open-source self-hosted version is free public API, hosted MCP, CLI, webhooks on every plan
Blotato $29/month 20 social accounts, 1,250 AI credits no (7-day trial, API excluded from the trial) REST API
Ayrshare $149/month ($129 annual) 1 profile (up to 14 networks), 1 user no (28-day trial on the $299 Launch plan) REST API, the broadest endpoint catalogue of the list

What each one is the best choice for

This is the part the listicles skip. Every product above wins somewhere, and picking by headline price alone is how you end up migrating in three months.

Post for Me wins on raw volume per dollar. $10 for 1,000 posts with unlimited accounts is the cheapest way to push a lot of posts through an API. If you run a tool that posts on behalf of many accounts and you only need "send this caption and this video", start here.

Zernio wins if you have 1 or 2 accounts and want zero bill. Two accounts free, no plan, no seat. It also exposes the real X API cost per request ($0.015 per post, $0.20 per post with a URL) instead of hiding it in a tier, which is honest and useful for budgeting.

Upload-Post wins on video tooling. Its plans bundle FFmpeg minutes and AI Shorts analysis, which matters if you are cutting clips before posting. Fifteen-day money-back guarantee.

Publer and Buffer win on the per-account model for one creator. At $4-6 per channel they are the cheapest way to run one or two channels with a visual calendar. Buffer's free plan (3 channels, 10 queued per channel) covers a solo creator with no card. The limit to know: Publer publishes daily per-profile caps (for example 20 Instagram posts a day on Professional), and Buffer's API is capped per 30 days.

Postiz wins if you want to self-host. The open-source version is free, and the cloud plans include MCP, CLI and webhooks at every tier. If you paid for a month and did not use it, they refund it.

Blotato wins if you want AI image and video generation in the same bill. The 1,250 monthly AI credits are the product; the posting API is the delivery. Note that the trial excludes the API.

Ayrshare wins on breadth and white label at scale. It has the longest endpoint list (analytics, comments, DMs, ads on some networks) and per-profile pricing that drops to $2-9 per profile past 30 profiles. If you are building a platform for thousands of end users, the $149 entry is the price of that catalogue.

PostWire wins on three things, and I will be specific since it is mine:

  1. One call writes a different native post per network. You send one idea; it returns and publishes a TikTok hook, a LinkedIn paragraph, a YouTube title and a Bluesky thread, each written for that network. The others publish the same caption everywhere.
  2. The API and the MCP server are on the free plan. You can post from Claude, from a cron job or from n8n without a card. The free plan is 1 business, 10 posts a month and 2 networks per post.
  3. Client approvals by link. On Pro ($29, 10 brands) and Agency ($99, 50 clients) a post can wait for a client to approve it from an email link before it goes out. Agencies asked for this more than any other feature.

Where PostWire is not the right pick: if you need DMs, ads or comment management through the API, Ayrshare has them and we do not. If you want to self-host, Postiz. If you only need raw volume, Post for Me is cheaper per post.

A worked example: an agency with 10 clients, 5 networks each

Fifty connected accounts. Monthly bill, read from the tables above:

Product Plan that fits Bill
Post for Me standard $10 (if under 1,000 posts)
PostWire Pro (10 brands) $29
Postiz Ultimate (100 channels) $99
Upload-Post Advanced (75 profiles) $147
Zernio 50 accounts $168
Buffer Essentials, 50 channels $195
Publer Business, 50 accounts ~$450 (10th account free per 9)
Ayrshare Launch (10 profiles) $299

The per-account products (Buffer, Publer, Zernio) are the cheapest for one creator and the most expensive for an agency. The per-brand and per-post products flip that. Decide which side of that line you are on before you read any headline price.

How to keep this honest

Three rules I used, which you can reuse when you compare tools yourself:

  • Read the price on the vendor's own pricing page, with the monthly toggle selected, and note the date.
  • Write down the billing unit (post, account, profile, brand, channel, seat). Two products at "$29" can differ by 5x once you have 20 accounts.
  • Look for the fair-use line. "Unlimited" usually has a number under it (Buffer: 5,000 per channel; Metricool: a manual review above 600 per brand per month; PostWire: 10,000 per month on Pro).

If you maintain one of these products and a number above is wrong today, comment with the link and I will update the table with the date of the change.
