In 2012, Sunmughan Swamy picked up a Samsung Galaxy Y and did what most people never do with a new phone: he took it apart, in spirit if not with a screwdriver. He flashed custom ROMs, learned how Android bootloaders behaved, and fell in love with the one operating system that lets a curious mind look under the hood. That phone started a journey that now spans more than 70 products built, over 300 clients served, and more than 1700 websites and applications shipped.

His brand in those years was DroidAdda: the website droidadda.org, a YouTube channel called Droidadda, and the XDA username sunmughans. In the CyanogenMod and MediaTek era he ported recoveries and built ROMs that strangers flashed onto their own phones. His ports included TWRP 3.1.0 for MT6582 devices, Hyperoid OS based on CM12.1, and Xhausted OS based on CM14.1. On 2 November 2017 he published the world's first TWRP 3.1.1 build for the Vivo V5 and V5s, after unlocking that phone's bootloader himself that September.

The work reached real people. His 9 April 2018 video documenting a VoLTE and persist fix for the Moto G5 Plus became the earliest dated public record of that repair, and in February 2017 CodelabSoft honored him as Chhattisgarh's standout Android developer. These were not certificates collected for a resume. They were answers to problems that thousands of phone owners were hitting every day.

That builder's instinct never left; it just scaled up. Today he is the founder and CEO of Codeair Software Solutions, an AI-first IT company with offices in Raipur, Jodhpur, Rajkot, Indore, Dallas, and Estonia. The same person who once compiled recoveries at a desk in Chhattisgarh now leads teams shipping AI products, mobile apps, and business automation for clients across the globe, across 475+ client projects with a 4.9 out of 5 rating.

The thread connecting both eras is teaching. His mother spent forty years in education as a school vice principal, his aunt and uncle are college professors, and he taught in college himself. The DroidAdda videos and XDA threads were education before he ever called it that.
