Your red build hands you 10k lines. The actual cause is line 4; everything after it is consequence.
ci-whisper reads a failed CI log and ranks signals so the cause outranks its own consequences, then prints the first real error, the causal chain, and a suggested fix.
Three ways to use it:
gh run view --log-failed | ci-whisper
ci-whisper --file build.log
ci-whisper --gh <run-id> --json # for a bot or agent skill
Exit code 1 when no error signal is found, so you can gate on it in scripts.
Install: pipx install ci-whisper
