More Than One Website? 5 Budget Rank Trackers to Consider
Screpy、SERPRobot、Wincher、Mangools SERPWatcher 和 Serpfox 各有不同的網站、關鍵字容量、更新頻率及收費方式,適合按需求比較。
Running three small websites shouldn't mean paying for three separate SEO subscriptions. But a cheap rank tracker can still be a poor fit if its keyword allowance runs out on your biggest site.
Screpy, SERPRobot, Wincher, Mangools SERPWatcher and Serpfox are worth comparing. The useful question is how each handles your sites, keyword list and update schedule.
I'm a co-founder of Screpy, which is included below. This comparison uses official product and pricing pages checked on October 28, 2026, rather than a hands-on accuracy benchmark. The product graphics are the vendors' homepage social images.
Count your tracking setups before comparing prices
Write down the searches you actually want to monitor. A list of 50 search terms can turn into a much bigger subscription once you add more sites, devices and locations.
For an illustrative portfolio:
| Setup | Tracking configurations |
|---|---|
| 3 sites × 50 terms, one location, desktop only | 150 |
| The same portfolio on desktop and mobile | 300 |
| Both devices across two locations | 600 |
That's planning math, not a promise that every product supports every combination. Check both the counting rules and the supported setup. Screpy, for example, counts both devices separately but cannot add another copy of the same keyword, country, language and device within one project just by changing its location.
Here are the entry options worth comparing:
| Product | Price basis | Main capacity boundary | Ranking schedule |
|---|---|---|---|
| Screpy Pro | $192/year regular price, paid upfront | 5 projects; 100 keywords per project | Configurable; monthly by default |
| SERPRobot | $4.99/month per bot | 75 keyword updates per 24 hours per bot; unlimited projects | Depends on purchased checking capacity |
| Wincher Basic | $49/month | 500 keywords; up to 10 websites | Daily |
| Mangools Basic | $30.50/month | 200 tracked keywords across unlimited domains | Weekly |
| Serpfox Starter 100 | $12/month | 100 tracked keywords; domain ceiling not stated on pricing page | Daily search rankings |
Prices use the vendors' displayed dollar amounts before any applicable tax. Annual and monthly payments are labeled separately; these aren't equivalent commitments. Promotional checkout offers may differ.
1. Screpy: rank tracking plus technical SEO
Screpy's Rank Tracker is useful when you want ranking history and technical SEO context in the same workspace. You can inspect ranking URLs, organize keywords into segments and choose the recurring schedule.
The important budget detail is 100 keywords per project on Pro, rather than a pool you can distribute however you like. Five sites with 80 desktop keywords each fit. One site with 250 doesn't fit that plan, even if your other projects are empty. Tracking 50 terms on both devices fills 100 slots.
Pro's regular annual price is $192, equivalent to $16 a month paid for the full year. It includes five projects and website audits up to 5,000 pages per project. AI Visibility, backlink analysis and keyword research aren't included on Pro. Welcome discounts have their own conditions; check the final total. Subscriptions renew automatically, and the seven-day trial converts to paid unless cancelled.
Two setup details matter: new projects default to monthly rank checks, so select daily if that's what you need. Recurring checks cover the top 10 organic results by default; top 100 tracking requires eligible account access.
Consider it for several modest keyword lists where you also need technical audits. Check the depth and per-project limits before moving a larger portfolio.
2. SERPRobot: pay for daily checking capacity
SERPRobot has a useful model for a collection of small sites: unlimited projects, with the subscription sized around how many checks you need. Its reporting, ranking history and device options cover the core monitoring job.
Each paid bot currently costs $4.99 a month for 75 keyword updates per 24 hours. For 300 configured keyword checks every day, the calculation is:
4 bots × 75 updates = 300 daily updates, costing $19.96/month before tax.
That's based on the vendor's bot-capacity explanation, not a measured speed test. Additional device or location setups need to be included in the list you're sizing. More frequent checks require more capacity too.
Don't read “unlimited keywords” as unlimited daily updates. The number you can store and the number your bots can refresh are different things.
I'd shortlist it when the job is mainly tracking a defined keyword list across several domains. Start with your required checks per day, then use its pricing calculator. A low bot price stops being meaningful if you've forgotten half the searches you want to monitor.
3. Wincher: daily tracking for up to 10 sites
Wincher Basic lists $49 a month, 500 keywords and up to 10 websites. That makes it worth a look when your site count grows faster than your total keyword list.
For example, eight small sites with 40 tracked configurations each need 320 in total. That's inside the advertised website and keyword allowances. Ten websites doesn't mean 500 keywords for each website.
Daily ranking updates are included. Basic also lists keyword grouping, annotations, exports and scheduled PDF reports, which are useful when you want a recurring portfolio review rather than another daily dashboard habit.
The main boundaries are one user and no on-demand ranking updates on Basic. If a client asks for a fresh check immediately, a daily schedule and an on-demand refresh aren't the same feature. Higher plans change those allowances.
Wincher's entry payment is higher than several options here. Its practical case is having enough website slots for a larger collection of small projects without immediately needing a higher tier. Count both website slots and keywords before deciding whether that extra room is worth it.
4. Mangools SERPWatcher: a bundle when weekly is enough
SERPWatcher is part of Mangools, alongside tools for keyword research, SERP analysis and backlinks. That bundle makes more sense if you'll use those tools while working on your sites.
The current Mangools pricing page lists Basic at $30.50 on monthly billing, with 200 tracked keywords across unlimited domains. Premium is $40.50 a month for 700. Both update rankings weekly. Daily rank updates are on Agency, which lists $70.50 a month and 1,500 tracked keywords.
That schedule difference is easy to miss in older comparisons. If you specifically need daily changes, compare the Agency price instead of treating Basic as an equivalent daily plan.
For three small content sites with 50 tracked configurations each, Basic's 200-keyword allowance leaves some room. A portfolio that needs hundreds of extra terms will reach that limit even though the domain count is unlimited.
I'd consider it for sites you review weekly, especially when researching the next article or landing page is part of the same workflow. Buying the bundle solely for daily rank tracking means paying for a different tier than the entry price suggests.
5. Serpfox: small keyword pools with daily updates
Serpfox is worth considering when your combined keyword list is small. It advertises daily Google ranking checks, location and device settings, ranking history and scheduled reports.
On monthly billing, Starter 100 costs $12 for 100 keywords. Starter 300 is $30 for 300. Prices are in US dollars. Its counting rule is explicit: one search term on one search engine, for one location and device, counts as one keyword.
Three sites with 25 terms each would need 75 configurations with one device and location, or 150 with both devices. The first fits the 100-keyword allowance; the second doesn't. That's a better starting point than looking at the entry price alone.
One limit needs checking before you move your portfolio: the public pricing page doesn't state a maximum number of domains. Confirm that your intended site setup is supported rather than assuming “unlimited.” There's a free 10-keyword plan for a small initial check.
Serpfox also includes AI prompts, but their update schedule is separate. Starter's weekly AI checks don't mean its Google rank tracking is weekly. Keep those two jobs separate when comparing plans.
Choose with one real site's keyword list
Before paying for a year, take the keyword list from your largest site and check whether it fits. Then add your smallest site. This exposes both an awkward per-site limit and a subscription that charges you for more capacity than you need.
For the shortlist, I'd use these priorities:
- Screpy: several small keyword lists, with technical audits in the same subscription. Check each project's cap and ranking depth.
- SERPRobot: a portfolio priced around the daily checks you need. Budget for updates, not just stored keywords.
- Wincher: more website slots and daily tracking, with a higher entry payment.
- Mangools SERPWatcher: research tools plus weekly tracking. Price the Agency tier if daily checks are essential.
- Serpfox: a small combined list and a low monthly starting payment. Confirm domain support first.
During the trial or free plan, use the country, device and locations you intend to keep. Look at the last check time, ranking URL and available history. Export a report if that's part of your workflow.
The budget rank tracker to keep is the one that covers your actual portfolio at a payment you can sustain. A lower headline price doesn't help if the plan leaves your main site half monitored.
