Platier 與 GS Neotek 合作開發及商業化智能體 AICC
Platier, GS Neotek Partner on Agentic AICC

Platier said Oct. 28 that it signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with AI and cloud company GS Neotek to jointly develop and commercialize an agentic AI contact center (AICC) solution based on its XGEN platform.
The agreement centers on combining GS Neotek’s expertise in building and operating contact centers and AICC systems with Platier’s agentic AI platform, XGEN. The goal is to create an AI environment capable of executing tasks directly, from customer consultations to actual business operations. According to Platier, the companies plan to develop AI agents that understand customer intent, connect to enterprise backend and legacy systems, and independently perform follow-up tasks such as inquiries, modifications and applications.
GS Neotek will oversee voice and chat channel operations, speech-to-text and text-to-speech (STT/TTS) conversion, consultation routing, computer telephony integration and customer relationship management (CTI/CRM) connectivity, and overall end-to-end integration.
Platier will be responsible for supplying and developing XGEN, implementing retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and knowledge systems, designing agent workflows and multi-agent orchestration, enabling tool calls through Model Context Protocol and application programming interfaces (MCP/API), and integrating customer backend and legacy systems.
Platier said contact centers are among the areas where the shift in AI applications from “providing answers” to “executing tasks” is most evident. The two companies will jointly develop a standard integration architecture connecting contact centers with XGEN and pursue commercialization of agentic AICC and AI agent solutions under the joint brand WiseN-XGEN. WiseN is GS Neotek’s brand for its contact center and AICC business.
Under the agreement, the companies will begin joint sales activities and identify new business opportunities, starting in the financial sector. They plan to establish reference projects in finance through joint proof-of-concept (PoC) initiatives before expanding into other industries, including retail and commerce.
Platier’s XGEN has been adopted by Lotte Home Shopping, Jeju Bank and iM Capital. It also received Grade 1 GS certification in July.
