KT 與首爾大學將開辦網絡安全碩士課程

KT and Seoul National University will establish a master’s program in convergence security for KT Group employees working in cybersecurity. The two organizations have signed an agreement to establish a contract-based academic program, with students to be selected in 2026 and the first semester scheduled to begin in March 2027.

The agreement follows a memorandum of understanding (MOU) signed in May 2026 to develop talent and promote industry-academic research cooperation in artificial intelligence (AI) and information security. The partnership formalizes the previously agreed cooperation plans into a master’s program for working professionals.

The program will serve security specialists at KT and its group companies. The curriculum will cover AI security, cloud security, zero trust, and 6G communications and network security. It will also address personal data protection, security policies and regulations, and security governance.

KT aims to strengthen the expertise of its internal security workforce through the program and address growing security needs as it expands into new businesses involving AI and cloud technologies.
