i reverse engineered NOLF 1 with Claude, built a custom engine for it and deployed it on Cloudflare. first afternoon was wild, every texture opened by 1:05pm and every level loaded by 1:18pm. then came the real work, making it play like the original.

it runs on desktop, phones and with a controller, and has every mission plus the GOTY extras and PS2 chapters now. still in beta so expect rough edges, bug reports are Ctrl / Cmd + Shift + B in game.
