coding agents 能在團隊商定故事點數前完成一項功能，令估算撰寫時間不再能充分反映工作量。Scrum Guide 上次更新是在 November 2020；文章詢問團隊會否維持原有衝刺與故事點數、改為估算審查時間，或不作估算並以交付結果衡量。

The agents now ship a feature before the team agrees whether it's 3 or 5 story points.
Half joke. Planning poker made sense when a 5 point ticket meant a few days of someone's time. Now Claude Code or Cursor can draft that ticket before lunch, and the slow part moved to review and testing. Estimating the typing doesn't tell you much anymore.
The Scrum Guide was last updated in November 2020, before most teams had a coding agent at all.
So what does your team do now?
- Sprints and story points, same as before
- Estimating review time instead of build time
- No estimates, just ship and measure
- Something else
