Krafton 將招聘至少 100 名具備 AI 技能的初級員工

Krafton announced on Oct. 13 that it has opened applications for its 2027 recruitment-linked internship program, aiming to hire more than 100 entry-level employees with artificial intelligence (AI) skills in the largest graduate recruitment drive in the company’s history.

​The South Korean game developer said the hiring drive aims to secure talent for new AI-based businesses as Krafton pursues its shift toward an “AI First” strategy, announced in the second half of last year.

​The company is recruiting across six job categories: AI research, technology, corporate support, business, game development (programming), and game development (planning). University graduates and students expecting to graduate from domestic or overseas universities are eligible to apply.

​The recruitment process will assess candidates’ AI skills, general reasoning abilities, and global capabilities. Particular emphasis will be placed on their ability to use AI for learning and problem-solving.

​The selection process will consist of document screening, an aptitude test, an AI competency assessment, and interviews. Krafton will use Cofa-Probe, its internally developed recruitment and evaluation solution, for the AI competency assessment.

​Applications will be accepted through Krafton’s recruitment website until Oct. 23. Tests and interviews will take place in November and December, with final successful candidates to be announced in January 2027.

​Successful applicants will join the company in February 2027 and work in their assigned roles for five months. Krafton will decide in July whether to convert them to permanent positions based on their performance evaluations.

​Krafton plans to make recruitment of entry-level talent with AI skills an annual program, starting with this hiring round.
