LS Eco Energy 首九個月營業利潤超越 2025 全年水平

LS Eco Energy said on Oct. 20 that it recorded third-quarter revenue of 351.5 billion won, operating profit of 22.2 billion won and net profit of 14 billion won. Revenue increased 51% from a year earlier, while operating profit rose 50.2%.

For the first nine months, cumulative revenue reached 987.3 billion won and operating profit totaled 67.5 billion won, surpassing the company’s full-year 2025 results in both categories.

The improvement was driven by increased exports of power cables and bus ducts to Europe and North America. Growing investment in global power grids and rising demand for artificial intelligence (AI) data centers and power infrastructure also contributed to growth.

Bus ducts are modular electrical distribution systems designed to transmit large amounts of power. Demand has increased with the expansion of high-rise building construction and AI data center investments by global technology companies in Southeast Asia. Bus duct revenue rose two to threefold from a year earlier.

LS Eco Energy plans to invest in bus ducts for AI data centers to expand orders from global technology companies. The company will establish production facilities at LSCV, its manufacturing subsidiary in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, with mass production scheduled to begin in the second half of 2027.

The rare-earth metals business is another growth driver. In September, LSCV began investing 11.6 billion won to establish a production facility for defense-grade samarium metal. Mass production is scheduled to begin by the end of 2026. The company plans to diversify its product lineup to include dysprosium, terbium, neodymium and praseodymium.
