LS ELECTRIC Wins 670 Billion Won in Switchgear Orders Over 18 Months
LS ELECTRIC 10 月 13 日宣佈，已與 Bloom Energy 簽訂價值 $138.46 million（185.3 billion won）的合約，供應開關設備及配電變壓器。
LS ELECTRIC announced on Oct. 13 that it has signed a contract with Bloom Energy to supply switchgear and distribution transformers worth $138.46 million, equivalent to 185.3 billion won.
Under the contract, LS ELECTRIC will supply power distribution equipment for a data center operated by a U.S. big tech company. The latest agreement brings its cumulative orders from global power company Bloom Energy to more than $500 million, or about 670 billion won, over about 18 months since April 2025.
The equipment will be used in fuel-cell-based on-site power generation facilities at a big tech data center under construction in Pennsylvania. LS ELECTRIC will deliver 38-kilovolt (kV) high-voltage switchgear and distribution transformers from April through July 2027.
As demand for electricity from artificial intelligence (AI) data centers grows, supplies of distribution equipment for on-site power generation facilities are also expanding.
LS ELECTRIC will continue to target the North American data center power infrastructure market by leveraging its local business bases in Utah and Texas.
