商標監察每個國家每月收費 $6 至 $15:實際價格一覽

Trademark watching costs $6 to $15 a month per country. Here are the real numbers

I tried to price this category from the outside once, before I worked in it, and gave up. Every vendor page ended the same way. Book a demo. Talk to sales. Request a quote.

So here is the opposite. Published numbers, before anyone talks to you, including ours.

One disclosure first. I work at IP Defender, so read our row with that in mind. Everything about the rest of the market here comes from the outside, same as you.

The three shapes of pricing

No price at all. The big enterprise vendors in this space route you to a sales call and a quote. Nothing wrong with that if you run a large portfolio with a legal budget and someone whose job is vendor management. But a quote behind a form is not a number a founder can compare, so most founders close the tab and do nothing.

One register, one small fee. A few newer tools now publish a price, usually in the $25 to $50 a month range. The price is real. The catch is the coverage line. A watch that reads one national register is a good tool for one market, and most brands that sell online are exposed in more than one.

Per country, per brand. This is how we charge, so judge it on the mechanics rather than the sales copy.

What we charge, exactly

  • 55 markets available today
  • $6 a month per country per brand at the low end, for markets like Argentina, Georgia, Serbia or Thailand
  • $12 a month for the United States and Germany
  • $9 a month for the UK, Czechia, Poland, France, Italy or Spain
  • $15 a month for Switzerland, Norway or Ireland
  • billed daily, so you only pay for the countries you actually watch
  • first statement lands 30 days after you start, then quarterly after that
  • WIPO Madrid Protocol marks included with any jurisdiction watch, no extra cost
  • EUTM marks included with any EU country watch, no extra cost
  • no annual contract

A quick example. A brand that sells at home in Czechia plus Germany and the UK pays 9 + 12 + 9. That is $30 a month for three registers.

Now the part people miss. Each brand is its own watch. Two brands in those three countries is $60 a month, not $30. The per country price is the cheap part. The per brand multiplier is what to look for in any quote, ours included.

Why the price is the same for everyone

There are no tiers. Every watch runs the same detection. Five AI agents look at each new filing from different angles, eleven detection layers score it, and the character layer carries more than 22,000 fraud patterns for the homoglyph tricks that make a knockoff name read as yours on a screen.

That is the part I would not want split into a small plan and a big plan. A one person brand and a twenty brand portfolio are exposed to the same filings.

What the price does not buy

A lawyer. And it should not pretend to.

Monitoring is a watch. It tells you a conflicting application published, in time for someone to act while the opposition window is open. Filing, opposing and arguing stay with counsel. If a vendor offers to handle the whole thing for $9 a month, ask what exactly they are doing in your name and who is on the record when it goes wrong.

What you are really buying is time. A conflicting mark that gets stopped before it registers costs far less than one you have to fight afterwards.

Three questions that sort any vendor in a minute

  1. Does the watch read new trademark filings, or only the live web?
  2. Does it catch similar marks, or exact strings only?
  3. What do the countries in that monthly number actually cover?

If a vendor cannot answer all three on their own pricing page, the number you saw was a lead magnet, not a price.

I wrote the longer version of this with the full price table and the comparison against the enterprise vendors here, what trademark monitoring costs in 2026. It is on our site, so you are getting our side of it. The three questions above are the part that keeps any vendor, us included, honest.
