What I Built

BillSloth is an AI-powered bill and invoice management assistant designed to make financial organization simpler and less stressful.

It helps users import bills, review extracted information, track due dates, organize documents, and understand their outstanding bills through a conversational assistant.

Instead of manually searching through invoices and remembering every deadline, users can manage their bills in one organized workspace.

How I Built It

I built BillSloth using a modern web stack:

Frontend: React, TypeScript, Vite, and Tailwind CSS
Backend: Node.js and Express.js
Database: SQLite
Document Processing: PDF text extraction and OCR for supported images
AI Integration: [Insert the AI model and inference provider actually used in the submitted version]

I focused on making bill management practical, understandable, and reliable. Extracted information can be reviewed before it is saved, while the application uses structured records for bill tracking and summaries.

The goal is to use AI where it adds value while keeping essential bill-management operations dependable.
