What the trend is

"Dime Dime Baby" is a TikTok clip from a Mexican quinceañera. A guy dances while eating a concha (a sweet bread), freezes to stare into the camera, a look Spanish-speaking fans call "la mirada preñadora", then goes back to dancing. The song is BbY WOW by KAROL G with Judeline and rusowsky, which is why the meme is also called the Bby Wow (or "Baby Wow") trend.

The AI version puts you, a friend or your pet in that dancer's place.

Option 1: CapCut template (free, about 8 seconds)
